Vietnamese Baguettes
All baguettes are prepared daily, using our top-secret home-made Pate & Mayonnaise recipes. Served warm with locally sourced fresh coriander, pickled carrots, cucumber, spring onion and soy sauce – Fresh chilli is optional (but recommended).

A traditional Vietnamese pork roll which includes three different Cold Cuts of meat – BBQ Pork, poached Pork Belly Roll & Vietnamese Pork Loaf (Cha Lua)

Dry Rubbed Pork belly, slow cooked (daily) to retain maximum flavour and tenderness, finished off at a high temperature until skin is golden with the perfect crunch.

Marinated Chicken Breast, finished on a Stainless-Steel hotplate with a sweet and salty glaze

Thinly sliced Lean Beef, marinated in a tenderising traditional Vietnamese sauce, freshly finished to order on a hit grill.

Strips of Pork Loin, infused with Lemongrass and a Vietnamese seasoning, finished on the hot grill

Juicy Pulled Beef, slowly cooked in our Signature Pho Broth overnight, infusing the traditional flavours of Vietnams National Dish.

Stir Fried Tofu, in a vegan Lemongrass sauce, served hot.
Signature pate removed - optional delicious “Mushroom Pate” available on request.
